Swaziland Project Feed Hungry Students
In Swaziland, students in certain areas of the country receive their only daily meal at school - food provided by the government. Unfortunately, the last time the government delivered and food was the beginning of last year according to the Times Of Swaziland. Right now, student in these poorest areas are dealing with starvation if the teachers themselves cannot afford to feed them out of their own salaries. (The annual budget per student is $40 including teacher salaries - compare this with $10,500+ per student in Durango, CO.) The good news? We are ready to make a difference. $100 US will feed over 300 students for one week. Your donation today will make a difference immediately - we are sending dollars directly to the school administration and your tax-deductible donation will literally be putting food on the table by next week!
